We accept returns only for unopened, sealed, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 1 day of delivery.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes are non-returnable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If the product is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
